2Hosting
The website and the platform's application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).
The platform's database is operated by Neon (Databricks, Inc.), 160 Spear Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States (neon.com). The cloud environments in which learners' projects are built are operated by E2B (FoundryLabs, Inc.), San Francisco, CA, United States (e2b.dev). The privacy policy lists every provider that handles personal data.
3Intellectual property
The website, the platform and their content (texts, sessions, exercises, images, the Tokenacademy name and mark, the interface, its software and databases) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. They belong to Tokenacademy or are used with their owners' permission.
Reproducing, representing, adapting or distributing all or part of them, by any means, without the prior written consent of Tokenacademy is prohibited and may constitute infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC; Codex is a trademark of OpenAI; GitHub Copilot is a trademark of GitHub, Inc. They are named to describe the agents the platform works with, and imply no endorsement.
