Learners connect the agent to Outlook, SharePoint, Slack or Salesforce and ask a real question. Every tool runs on a made-up company, read only.

Nothing is granted at first
The learner picks a connector and decides what the agent may read: mail, calendar, files.
Least privilege
A session can expect exactly the access the task needs. More gets a note saying which permission the task does not need.
Checked against the source
Once connected, the learner opens the made-up mailbox next to the conversation to check what the agent says: what really needs them, and what only looks urgent.
